摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,建筑工程项目数量越来越多,其结构也越来越复杂。机械设备和物资材料管理在项目施工的过程中发挥着关键性作用,也是建筑工程得以完成的不可或缺的条件,它们都对项目管理质量、施工管理状况、工程建设成本等有着直接影响。在市场竞争日益激烈、建筑机械设备和物资材料价格不断上涨的背景下,建筑施工企业有必要对机械设备与物资材料开展集约化管理。本文简单介绍了集约化管理的内涵及优势,探讨了其中存在的问题,进而提出了针对性的管理策略,以期为建筑施工企业提供参考。
With the rapid development of social economy, the number of construction projects is increasing, and its structure is becoming more and more complex. The management of mechanical equipment and materials plays a key role in the process of project construction, and it is also an indispensable condition for the completion of construction projects. They have a direct impact on the quality of project management, construction management and engineering construction cost. In the context of increasingly fierce market competition and rising prices of construction machinery, equipment and materials, it is necessary for construction enterprises to carry out intensive management of machinery,equipment and materials. This paper briefly introduces the connotation of intensive management and advantages, discusses the existing problems, and then puts forward targeted management strategies, so as to provide reference for construction enterprises.
