黑青稞是青稞的一种,为青藏高原特有作物。随着人们追求营养健康饮食,黑青稞的营养价值和降血糖、降血脂的保健功效愈来愈受到关注。系统地总结与分析了黑青稞的营养成分、主要功能成分及产品开发方向,并对其发展前景进行展望,旨在为黑青稞产业的高质量发展提供一定的参考。
Black highland barley is a kind of highland barley and a unique crop in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.With the pursuit of high nutritional coarse grain products, people pay more attention to the comprehensive nutritional value and the health effects of reducing blood sugar and blood lipid of black highland barley. By expounding the nutritional components, main functional components and product development direction of black highland barley, and analyzing its development prospect systematically, this paper aims to provide some reference for the high-quality development of black highland barley industry.
