纯电动商用车动力系统匹配设计研究及应用

摘要 根据市场变化、车辆使用工况以及用户对车辆性能的要求,依据车辆规划设计以及新能源汽车设计规范的具体要求,主要针对整车传动系统关键零部件的性能参数指标,对车辆的驱动电机、磷酸铁锂动力电池、自动变速器(AMT)、主减速器、整车控制器参数进行设计。通过试制样车进行加载性能试验和用户实际工况使用验证,进一步优化设计指标,选择满足设计和使用要求的部件,达到满足商用车使用性能的设计目标,最终实现商用车动力系统匹配设计以及车辆的推广应用。 According to the market changes,vehicle operating conditions,users’requirements for vehicle performance,and the specific requirements of vehicle planning and design as well as the design specifications of new energy vehicles,this paper mainly aims at designing the performance parameter indicators of the key parts of the vehicle transmission system,including the driving motor,lithium iron phosphate power battery,Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT),main reducer and the parameters of the whole vehicle controller.Through the prototype vehicles,loading performance tests and the user’s validation tests at actual working condition are conducted,the design indicators are further optimized,and the components that meet the design and use requirements are selected to meet the requirements of the use performance design parameters of commercial vehicles.Finally,the matching design of the power system of commercial vehicles and the promotion and application of vehicles are realized.
