摘要
结合校外兼职与大学生专业认同的相关理论研究,分别从专业相关的兼职、专业外自己感兴趣的兼职及与专业无关且不感兴趣的兼职三个层面来探究其对大学生专业认同的影响。结果表明,与专业相关的兼职从积极意义上来说会增强大学生的专业认同,从消极意义上来说会降低大学生的专业认同;专业外感兴趣的兼职可以提高对其他专业的认同,但会降低对本专业的认同;与专业无关且不感兴趣的兼职会降低对其他专业的认同,有可能提高或降低对本专业的认同。期望通过分析校外兼职对大学生专业认同的影响来丰富相关理论。
Through combining with the related theoretical research of off-campus part-time and college students’major identity,the study explores the influence of off-campus part-time job on college students’major identity from three aspects:major related part-time job,part-time job which college students interest and is not related with their major,and part-time job which college students don’t interest and is not related with their major.The results show that major related part-time job can increase college students’major identity positively,and reduce their major identity negatively.Part-time job which college students interest and is not related with their major can improve their identity on other majors,but decrease their major identity.Part-time job which college students don’t interest and is not related with their major can decrease their identity on other majors,and may improve or decrease major identity.It is hoped that the analysis of the influence of off-campus part-time job on college students’major can enrich related theory.
