摘要
基于大数据背景下,对高职院校实训室信息化建设和管理进行了讨论。总结了我国实训室信息管理系统的发展历程,明确了大数据背景下高职院校实训室信息化建设的意义和信息化管理的优势。针对高职院校实训室信息化建设与管理存在的一些问题提出了有效策略:更新实训室管理模式,明确实训室信息系统的服务范围;关注学生的实训成绩,建设“双师型”教师队伍;建立数据采集系统,为实训室管理提供科学决策;设立数据处理平台,引进专业人才;建立实时监测平台,推进实训室的精细化管理;加强实训室文化内涵建设,实现技能育人和环境育人。近年来,高职院校实训室教学愈发多元化、开放化,信息化成为了实训室建设的重要内容,有必要将大数据技术应用到实训室的信息化建设与管理中,推动实训室创新发展。
Based on the big data background,the study discusses the information construction and management of practical training room in higher vocational colleges,summarizes the development process of China’s training room information management system,and clarifies its significance and the advantages of information management under the background of big data.Effective strategies are proposed according to the problems,i.e.renew management mode of training room,clarify service scope of training room information system;pay attention to students to training results,construct“dual type”teaching staff;establish data collection system,provide scientific decision-making for training room management;set up data processing platform,introduce professional talents;establish real-time supervision platform,promote the refine management of the training room;strengthen the connotation construction of training room culture,and achieve technological and environmental education.In recent years,the teaching of practical training room in higher vocational colleges becomes more diversified and opening.Information becomes the important content of training construction.It is necessary to apply big data technology into the information construction and management of the training room,and promote the innovative development of practical training room.
