摘要
为提升高职院校就业指导工作质量,分析了高职院校就业指导工作发展现状:高职院校的就业指导工作开展时间不够合理,就业指导形式及内容相对单一,就业指导工作实际效果不显著,未能形成相对统一的指导管理工作体系。论述了高职院校就业指导工作创新发展思路:变就业指导为职业指导,变群体指导为个性指导,变传统授课形式为实践理论混合教学指导形式,变就业理论指导为就业心理指导,倡导转变教育观念。提出了高职院校就业指导工作创新发展路径:增强就业指导工作意识,提升就业指导工作人员积极性,建立就业指导工作长效机制,坚持统筹兼顾,整合就业资源。科学开展高职院校就业指导工作,建立就业指导工作机制,能够充分发挥职业生涯规划课程的价值,为高职学生未来就业和发展创造良好的就业氛围和环境,帮助其顺利融入社会,有效缓解当前严峻的就业形势,对于培养优秀应用型人才、促进高职院校的健康持久发展具有重要意义。
In order to improve the quality of vocational counsel in the higher vocational college,the study analyzes the present situation of vocational counsel in the higher vocational college,i.e.the irrational time of vocational counsel development,relatively simple form and content of vocational counsel,insignificant practical efficiency of vocational counsel,and failure of the form of relatively unified counsel management system.The study discusses the innovation thinking of vocational counsel in the higher vocational college,i.e.to change from employment counsel into vocational counsel,from group counsel into individual counsel,from traditional school teaching form into the blended teaching guidance form of practice and theory,and from vocational theory guidance into vocational psychological guidance,and to advocate to change education concept.Then the study proposes the innovation development pathway of vocational counsel in the higher vocational college,to increase vocational counsel consciousness,promote the enthusiasm of vocational counselors,establish vocational counsel long-term mechanism,adhere to the principle of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration,and integrate vocational resources.It is suggested to develop vocational counsel,establish vocational counsel working mechanism,and fully play the role of vocational planning course,to create good vocational atmosphere and environment for the students’future employment and development in the higher vocational college,help them to integrate into the society,and effectively relieve current tough employment situation.There is important significance for the training of excellent applied talents,and the health and lasting development of the higher vocational college.
