摘要
目的探讨对痛风患者实施不同剂量非布司他治疗的有效性。方法选择2019年2月—2021年2月天津市宁河区医院收治的痛风患者70例作为观察对象,随机分为三组,其中低剂量组23例患者实施20 mg的非布司他治疗;中剂量组23例患者实施40 mg的非布司他治疗;高剂量组24例患者实施60 mg非布司他治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果三组患者治疗前后尿酸水平、血沉比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但三组患者治疗后尿酸水平、血沉组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗前后的C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但三组患者治疗后的CRP、PCT组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对痛风患者实施不同剂量非布司他治疗的有效性均较为显著,能明显降低患者的尿酸水平、血沉水平以及炎症因子水平,治疗疗效较为相近,且安全性较好,促进患者预后。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of different doses of febuxostat in patients with gout.Methods The 70 patients with gout treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups.Twentythree patients in the low-dose group were treated with 20mg febuxostat,23 patients in the medium dose group were treated with 40mg febuxostat,and another 24 patients in the high-dose group were treated with 60mg febuxostat,The therapeutic effects of three groups of gout patients were compared.Results There were significant differences in uric acid level and ESR among the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in uric acid level and ESR among the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in CRP and PCT levels among the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The different doses of febuxostat is significantly effective in the treatment of gout patients,and.can significantly reduce the level of uric acid,ESR level and inflammatory factors.The therapeutic efficacy of different doses is similar,and the safety is good,which can promote the prognosis of patients.
