摘要
本文针对上海地区办公视觉显示终端作业的照明现状,调研了23个不同行业的办公空间,通过测量作业区域的平均水平照度、眼部照度、显示屏亮度及相邻背景亮度等指标,得知当前作业面的水平和眼部照度基本能满足现行标准,但存在亮度对比强烈(65.2%)、眩光严重(32%)等问题。邀请了75名办公人员参与工位照明问卷调查,采用卡方检验方法分析作业环境因素对受访人员主观感受的影响,结果表明使用者对照度是否满意与办公空间类型显著相关(p=0.039),其主观疲劳度与显示屏和背景的亮度对比显著相关(p=0.018),工位能否感知到眩光与空间类型的关联性不大(p>0.05)。最后,梳理了视觉显示终端作业容易出现的照明问题及其对办公人员绩效、舒适和视觉健康方面的影响,结合调研与数据分析结果提出了对应建议。
Based on the status of visual display terminal lighting in current offices,this research was conducted among 23 different office spaces in Shanghai.Through the average horizontal illuminance,vertical eye illuminance,the brightness of the computer screen and the adjacent area of each workstation,it is shown that the current level of the operation surface and eye illumation can basically meet the current standards,however there are problems such as excessive contrast of brightness(65.2%)and severe glare(32%).Meanwhile,75 office workers were invited to a lighting survey on their workstations.Chi-square test was used to analyze the impact of working environment on the subjective feelings of the repondents.The results indicate that VDT users’satisfaction with illumination was significantly correlated with the type of office space(p=0.039),their subjective fatigue was significantly correlated with the brightness contrast between the display screen and the background(p=0.018),and their perceptions of glare was not related to the type of space(p>0.05).Solutions and recommendations were purposed according to the results.
