摘要
随着物联网和传感器技术的广泛应用及工业软件的不断进化,数据的采集、存储、传输、展现、分析、优化都具备了良好的技术基础,数字化转型的浪潮迅速席卷全球。数字化转型是我国制造企业的大势所趋,并且是一个长期复杂的过程。以制造企业数字化领域技术应用为论点,分析了我国制造企业现状,介绍了西门子数字化企业集成解决方案,给出了数字化企业发展之路,并对基于模型的定义、产品生命周期管理、虚拟仿真、数字化制造等实现数字化企业的关键技术进行了论述。
With the wide application of the Internet of Things and sensor technology and the continuous evolution of industrial software,the collection,storage,transmission,presentation,analysis and optimization of data all have a good technical foundation,and the wave of digital transformation is rapidly sweeping the world.Digital transformation is the general trend of our country’s manufacturing enterprise,and it is a long-term and complex process.Taking the technical application in the field of digitalization of manufacturing enterprise as the argument,the current situation of manufacturing enterprise in our country was analyed,the Siemens integration solution of digital enterprise was introduced,the development path of digital enterprise was given,and the key technologies for realizing digital enterprise were discussed such as the model-based definition,product life cycle management,virtual simulation and digital manufacturing.
