摘要
甘氨酸锌存在络合构型和螯合构型两种晶体结构。甘氨酸锌的制备方法包括液相反应和固相反应,液相反应可制备络合构型或螯合构型的甘氨酸锌,而固相反应一般制得螯合构型甘氨酸锌。甘氨酸锌能够改善动物生长性能、繁殖性能,提高机体免疫能力,调节肠道健康。文章综述甘氨酸锌在猪、水产、家禽和反刍动物生产中的研究进展,为甘氨酸锌在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
Zinc glycine has two crystal structures: Complexation and chelation. The preparation methods of zinc glycine include liquid phase reaction and solid phase reaction, in which the liquid phase reaction can produce zinc glycine with complex configuration or chelate configuration, while the solid phase reaction usually produces zinc glycine with chelate configuration. Zinc glycine can improve animal growth performance, reproductive performance, improve immune capacity and regulate intestinal health. The paper reviews the application of zinc glycine in pig, aquatic product, poultry and ruminant production, to provide reference for the application of zinc glycine in animal production.
