摘要
试验探究压实度及切割长度对青贮玉米品质的影响。以蜡熟期收获的曲辰9号青贮玉米为材料,在不同压实度和切割长度处理下青贮50 d,测定其感观特性、发酵特性、营养指标及有氧稳定性,采用隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果显示:切割长度1~2 cm、压实度700 kg/m^(3)时,感观评价等级最优,总分达88.21。同一切割长度下,随着压实度增加,青贮玉米干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、淀粉(ST)、碳水化合物(WSC)含量升高,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量降低。同一压实度下,随着切割长度增加,青贮玉米DM、CP、ST、WSC的含量降低,NDF和ADF含量升高。同一切割长度下,随着压实度增加,乳酸含量逐渐升高,乙酸、丙酸、氨态氮的含量及pH值逐渐降低。同一压实度下,随着切割长度增加,乳酸含量及pH值逐渐降低,乙酸、丙酸、氨态氮的含量逐渐增加。研究表明,1~2 cm切割长度、700 kg/m^(3)压实度处理的青贮玉米有氧稳定性较高、得分较高,品质较好。
The experiment explored the effect of compaction degree and cutting length on quality of silage maize. The silage of Quchen 9 corn harvested at the wax ripe stage was silaged for 50 d under different compaction degrees and cutting lengths, and its sensory characteristics, fermentation characteristics, nutritional indexes and aerobic stability were determined. Membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that when the cutting length was 1~2 cm and the compaction degree was 700 kg/m^(3), the sensory evaluation grade was excellent, with a total score of 88.21. Under the same cutting length, with the increase of compaction, the content of DM, CP, ST, WSC of silage corn increased, and the content of NDF and ADF decreased. Under the same compaction, with the increase of cutting length, the content of DM, CP, ST, WSC of silage corn decreased, and the content of NDF and ADF increased.Under the same cutting length, with the increase of compaction degree, the lactic acid content gradually increased, and the acetic acid, propionic acid, ammonia nitrogen content, and p H value gradually decreased. Under the same compaction degree, with the increase of cutting length, the lactic acid content and pH value gradually decreased, and the content of acetic acid, propionic acid, and ammonia nitrogen gradually increased. The study indicates that the silage maize treated with 1~2 cm cutting length and 700 kg/m^(3) compaction have higher aerobic stability, higher score and better quality.
