摘要
海上油田电力系统中的大量感性设备,降低了电网的功率因数,增加了供电设备及线路的电能损耗。同时,非线性负荷产生的大量谐波,还会造成电网电压发生畸变。文中简要分析了海上油田电网的现状及投入无功补偿装置后对电网功率因数的提升起到的重要意义:不仅平台自身电能质量得到了很大的改善,而且降低了电站至井口平台10.5kV高压侧的输出电流共计120A,油田总视在功率降低了1.74MVA,每年为油田带来的综合经济效益至少100万元。最后,针对油田电网谐波较高的问题,提出了改进方案。
A large number of inductive devices reduce the power factor of power grid and increase the power loss of power supply equipment and lines in the power system of the offshore oilfield.At the same time,a large number of harmonics generated by nonlinear loads will also cause grid voltage distortion.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation and the important significance of the improvement after the reactive power compensation device is put into operation.The power quality of the platform has not only been greatly improved,but also the output current,from the power station to the 10.5 kV high-voltage side of the wellhead platform,has been reduced by 120 A.Especially the total apparent power of the oilfield has been reduced by 1.74 MVA,which brings to the economic benefit at least one million yuan every year.In the end,owing to the problem of high harmonic in oilfield power grid,an improvement scheme is proposed.
