摘要
固定设备用锂离子电池国际标准IEC 62619:2017《含碱性或其他非酸性电解质的锂蓄电池和锂蓄电池组工业用锂蓄电池和锂蓄电池组的安全性要求》和国家标准GB 401652021《固定式电子设备用锂离子电池和电池组安全技术规范》已陆续发布。对比两个标准的适用范围和测试要求,指出固定设备用锂离子电池的热失控管理是测试重点,需要相关企业未雨绸缪,制定应对方案,确保产品满足国际和国内标准的各项要求,避免入市受阻。
The international standard IEC 62619:2017 Secondary Cells and Batteries Containing Alkaline or Other Non-Acid Electrolytes-Safety Requirements for Secondary Lithium Cells and Batteries,for Use in Industrial Applications and national standard GB 401652021 Lithium Ion Cells and Batteries Used in Stationary Electronic Equipments-Safety Technical Specification for Li-ion battery of stationary equipment were released one after another.The application scope and test requirements of the two standards were compared,it was pointed out that the thermal runaway management of Li-ion battery for stationary equipment was the key point of the test,which required relevant enterprises to prepare in advance and formulate counter measure,in order to ensure that the products met the requirements of international and domestic standards,avoided obstacles in entering the market.
