摘要
目的:探讨细节护理对大疱性类天疱疮患者的干预效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的大疱性类天疱疮患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者开展细节护理干预,比较2组患者自护能力(ESCA)评分、生命质量(SF-36)评分、睡眠质量(PSQI)评分以及护理满意度。结果:1)护理后,观察组在自我护理技能、健康知识认知、自我概念和自护责任感方面的评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)护理后,2组患者SF-36评分均升高,而观察组患者SF-36评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)护理后,2组患者PSQI评分均得降低,而观察组患者PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4)观察组满意度各项评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对大疱性类天疱疮患者实施细节护理既有利于提高患者的自护能力,还可改善其睡眠质量,提高生命质量以及满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of detailed nursing in patients with bullous pemphigoid.Methods:A total of 70 patients with bullous pemphigoid who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the main subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method,and the sample sizes of the two groups were the same.,all were 35 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received detailed nursing intervention to compare the similarities and differences of the two nursing methods on the patients′self-care ability,quality of life,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.Results:1)Comparison of self-care ability scores:The scores of self-care skills,health knowledge cognition,self-concept and self-care responsibility of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there were significant differences after comparison.2)Quality of life:The scores of quality of life of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,while the scores of quality of life of patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference.3)Sleep quality:The sleep quality of the patients in the two groups after nursing was significantly improved compared with that before nursing,and the sleep quality score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).4)Nursing satisfaction:The satisfaction scores of the observation group in terms of nursing service attitude,establishment of nurse-patient relationship and health education and guidance were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing detailed nursing care for bullous pemphigoid patients can not only improve the se
