摘要
随着城市化建设的快速发展,在新一轮信息化技术推动下,智慧园区已逐步成为推动区域经济增长的主阵地。园区智慧化建设体现了新一代信息技术与通信技术的深度融合,在充分应用物联网、可视化、智能化集成等技术基础上,高效整合园区各类基础信息资源,建设智慧化的上层应用平台,实现服务管理智能化,保障园区经济可持续发展。文章以物联网技术的深化应用为基线,结合应用IBMS智能化楼控集成技术,依托智慧可视化管理平台,探索实现园区能耗管理、设备运维、办公自动化、智慧服务等的进一步智能化。
With the rapid development of urbanization, the smart park has gradually become the main position to promote regional economic growth under the promotion of a new round of information technology. The intelligent construction of the park reflects the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and communication technology. Based on the full application of Internet of things, visualization, intelligent integration and other technologies, the park effectively integrates various basic information resources,builds an intelligent upper application platform, realizes intelligent service management, and ensures the sustainable development of the park economy. Based on the deepening application of Internet of things technology, combined with the application of IBMS intelligent building control integration technology, and relying on the intelligent visual management platform, this paper explores the further intelligentization of energy consumption management, equipment operation and maintenance, office automation and intelligent service in the park.
