摘要
工业级全站仪在航空航天、大型工程测量、武器装备制造及计量检测等高精尖领域具有广泛的应用价值,国产工业级全站仪的发展与制造也备受测绘行业的关注。苏州某公司自主研发的RTS 010A全站仪的功能及仪器标称精度基本达到工业级全站仪的标准。基于此款仪器,提出利用MetroIn工业测量系统,采用比较法对其进行加常数的测定;配合使用高精度的激光跟踪仪、双频激光干涉仪对其进行内符合精度、外符合精度、ATR测量以及配合角隅棱镜的精度评定的方法。试验证明,RTS 010A全站仪各项测试结果基本达到工业级全站仪的精度水平,且仪器性能稳定。
Industrial-grade total stations have a wide range of application value in high-precision fields such as aerospace,large-scale engineering surveys,weapon equipment manufacturing,measurement and testing.The development and manufacture of domestic industrial-grade total stations have also attracted much attention of the surveying and mapping industry.The functions and nominal accuracy of the RTS 010Atotal station independently developed by Suzhou FOIF Co.,Ltd,which basically reaches the standard of an industrial-grade total station.The MetroIn industrial measurement system is used to measure the additive constant of this total station by the comparison method.The higher-precision laser tracker and dual-frequency laser interferometer are used to evaluate internal coincidence accuracy,external coincidence accuracy,ATR measurement and the accuracy of corner cube prism.The test result proves that the RTS 010Atotal station can reach the precision level of an industrial-grade total station basically,whose performance is stable as well.
