摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施,对农村地区教育发展产生深远影响。农村需要以乡村振兴发展为载体,进一步围绕农村教育发展的现代化体系构建,增强对农村教师队伍建设能力的提高。通过分析乡村振兴背景下农村教师队伍建设困境,制定科学的农村教师队伍建设对策,使农村教师队伍建设发展,能充分适应农村的教育发展环境。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has a profound impact on the development of education in rural areas.Rural areas need to take rural revitalization and development as the carrier,further build a modern system around rural education development,and do a good job in improving the ability of rural teachers to build.By analyzing the predicament of rural teachers’team construction under the background of rural revitalization,formulate scientific countermeasures for rural teachers’team construction,so that the construction and development of teachers’team in rural areas can fully adapt to the new educational environment in rural areas.
