摘要
目的:研究循证护理在儿科护理中的运用效果。方法:本次研究需要选取儿科患者,病例数80例,纳入时间2019年7月至2020年2月。为了提升研究效果,采用分组式结果分析,患者平均分为观察组(n=40例)与对照组(n=40例),组别不同运用的护理对策不同,对照组患者运用常规护理方式,观察组患者采用循证护理方式,研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作,重点记录患者的护理总有效率、家属投诉率以及护理差错发生率。结果:采用循证护理的观察组儿科患者护理总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组患者护理总有效率75.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:为提升儿科患者的护理效果,本次研究需要对抽取患者实施循证护理,结果显示患者症状明显改善,治疗效果显著提升,家属投诉率随之降低,护理差错发生率明显减少,对疾病治疗具有积极意义。
Objective:To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing in pediatric nursing.Methods:This study needs to select 80 cases of pediatric patients from July 2019 to February 2020.In order to improve the research effect,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=40 cases)and the control group(n=40 cases).Different groups used different nursing strategies.The patients in the control group used conventional nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group used evidence-based nursing methods.During the research period,the nurses need to do a good job in recording the nursing efficiency,the complaint rate of family members and the incidence of nursing errors.Results:The nursing effective rate of pediatric patients in the observation group using evidence-based nursing was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 75.0%,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the nursing effect of pediatric patients,this study needs to implement evidence-based nursing for the extracted patients.The results show that the symptoms of patients are significantly improved,the treatment effect is significantly improved,the complaint rate of family members is reduced,and the incidence of nursing errors is significantly reduced,which has positive significance for disease treatment.It is worth applying in future clinical work.
