摘要
基于“砂滤+超滤+反渗透”工艺,采用集装箱式设备为即将建设的某大型海水淡化工程开展中试研究。研究表明,该海域海水的电导率和浊度波动较大,原水浊度对砂滤产水浊度影响较大,稳定运行后介于1.0 NTU~2.5 NTU,超滤产水浊度稳定在0.1 NTU~0.2 NTU;反渗透系统随着回收率提高,运行压力上升,产水电导率上升;在反渗透回收率一定时,进水温度和进水电导率对进水压力、产水电导率受的影响较大,反渗透脱盐率保持在98.8%以上。
Based on the“Sand filtration+Ultrafiltration+Reverse osmosis”process,a pilot study of a large-scale seawater desalination project to be constructed is carried out with container equipment.The results showed that the conductivity and turbidity of the sea water fluctuate greatly.The turbidity of raw water has a great influence on the turbidity of sand filtration water,which is between 1.0 NTU~2.5 NTU after stable operation.The turbidity of ultrafiltration water is stable in the range of 0.1 NTU~0.2 NTU.With the increasing of the recovery rate,the operating pressure and the conductivity of the produced water increases.When the reverse osmosis recovery rate is constant,the influent temperature and influent conductivity have great influence on the influent pressure and effluent conductivity.The desalination rate of reverse osmosis remained above 98.8%.
