摘要
为使推焦烟气SO_(2)排放质量浓度达到特别排放限值(30 mg/m^(3))要求,黄陵煤化工建设了推焦烟气脱硫装置。分析对比了高活性氢氧化钙干法脱硫、小苏打干法脱硫、钙基移动床干法脱硫3种工艺的特点及对推焦烟气脱硫的适应性,选择采用高活性氢氧化钙干法脱硫工艺对推焦烟气进行间歇性喷吹脱硫处理,实际应用效果表明,该法可以实现SO_(2)稳定达标排放(质量浓度在30 mg/m^(3)以下)。
In order to meet the special emission limit(30 mg/m^(3))of pusher flue gas SO_(2) emission,a flue gas desulfurization unit was built in Shaanxi Huangling Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.The characteristics of three dry desulfurization processes,namely,dry desulfurization with high activity calcium dihydroxide,baking soda dry desulfurization,and dry desulfurization with calcium-based particulate matter,and their adaptability to flue gas desulfurization were analyzed and compared,the dry desulfurization with high activity calcium dihydroxide was chosen to treat the coke pusher flue gas through intermittent injection.The practical application results showed that the method could achieve stable SO_(2) emission up to the standard(the mass concentration was below 30 mg/m^(3)).
