摘要
当下阶段中国越来越重视自主技术研发,中国的生产制造技术已经具备了完善的体系,特别是化工工艺设计研发和生产加工都获得了充分的发展,这些为国内工业体系的壮大提供了条件。国内化工工艺生产领域涉及到原材料运输、处理等生产加工环节。在工艺产品中危险化工工艺产品比较特殊,其危险性很高,有些产品的原材料是有毒有害的,对人体的伤害较大,还有的产品属于易燃、易爆物质,这都导致危险化工工艺产品在运输和生产加工过程中发生安全事故的概率很大进而造成经济损失和社会危害。基于此,要明确危险化工工艺生产过程中可能出现的危害,树立安全观念,将各种安全管理制度落实到位,这样才能保证危险化工行业的后续发展。
At the present stage, China pays more and more attention to independent technology research and development. China’s production and manufacturing technology has a perfect system, especially the chemical process design, research and development, production and processing have also been fully developed, which provides conditions for the expansion of the domestic industrial system. Domestic chemical process production involves raw material transportation, processing and more production and processing links. Among the process products, hazardous chemical process products are relatively special, with high risk. Some raw materials are toxic and harmful, causing great harm to human body, and some products are flammable and explosive substances, which lead to a high probability of safety accidents during transportation and production and processing of hazardous chemical process products, resulting in economic losses and social hazards. Based on this, it is necessary to clarify the possible hazards in the production process of hazardous chemical processes, establish safety concepts, and implement various safety management systems in place, so as to ensure the follow-up development of hazardous chemical industry.
