摘要 对湘钢2号高炉近年来的冶炼技术的进步进行了全面的分析总结。2号高炉自2020年1月大修后投产以来,通过采取非中心加焦的冶炼模式维持“平台+漏斗”的料面形状,强化烧结矿小粒级控制、入炉焦炭的质量管控、原料的槽位管理,全面提升原燃料入炉质量水平,加强铁口深度管理、优化渣铁排放技术等有效措施,高炉冶炼技术取得了明显的进步,利用系数由2018年的2.281 t/(m^(3)·d)逐步提高至2021年的3.12 t/(m^(3)·d),同时消耗水平下降明显,高炉主要经济技术指标得到大幅度提升。 The smelting technology process of No.2 blast furnace in Xiangtan Steel in recent years is comprehensively analyzed and summarized.Since No.2 blast furnace start production in January 2020 after overhaul,measures have been taken to maintain the“platform+funnel”charge surface shape by adopting the smelting mode of non central coking.It strengthened the control of sinter at small particle level,the quality control of coke entering the furnace,the slot management of raw materials,improved the overall quality of charged raw material and fuel,upgraded the depth management of tap-hole and optimized the slag and iron discharge technology,etc.With these measures,the blast furnace smelting technology has made significant process.The utilization coefficient has gradually increased from 2.281 in 2018 to 3.12 in 2021.At the same time,the consumption level has decreased significantly,and the main economic and technical indicators of blast furnace have been greatly improved.
