摘要
国内某反应堆压力容器部件的母材见证件落锤试验结果出现异常。研究了母材见证件的化学成分、显微组织、焊接工艺、硬度、制样与试验过程,分析了影响落锤试验结果的主要原因,可为相关工作人员提供参考。
The drop weight test results of the base metal witness of a domestic reactor pressure vessel component were abnormal. The chemical composition, microstructure, welding process, hardness, sample preparation and test process of the base metal witness were studied, the main reasons affecting the drop weight test results were analyzed, which provided a reference for relevant staff.
