摘要 数字孪生作为水厂实现智慧化的重要使能技术和手段,如何能在智慧水厂的建设中结合工艺控制需求发挥其巨大的作用,是我们水处理行业从业者需要聚焦解决的重要技术难题。本文提出基于“数字孪生”的智慧水厂技术架构体系,并列举出“数字孪生”在智慧水厂中涉及的关键技术,结合具体的水厂案例说明“数字孪生”技术在智慧水厂的巨大运用价值和意义。 As an important enabling technology and means to realize the intellectualization of water purification plants, how digital twin can play a great role in the construction of smart water plants in combination with the needs of process control is an important technical problem that our practitioners in the water treatment industry need to focus on solving. This paper puts forward the technical architecture system of smart water plant based on “Digital twin”, lists the key technologies involved in “digital twin” in smart water plant, and illustrates the great application value and significance of “Digital twin” technology in smart water plant combined with specific water plant cases.
