摘要
统计分析我国杜仲保健食品的开发现状,为杜仲产品的深度加工提供建议。通过检索国家食品药品监督管理局官网数据库,将杜仲保健食品相关信息整理、筛选形成Excel文件,针对2000—2020年间杜仲保健食品注册数量、地区分布、适应人群、功能类别、剂型分布等情况进行分析,并采用Ucinet软件中NetDraw程序对配方中主要配伍关系进行可视化图构建。结果表明,符合检索条件的杜仲产品为187件,主要分布于北京、陕西、河南、江西等地。杜仲保健食品功能主要为缓解体力疲劳、降压、增加骨密度及增强免疫力。产品剂型以胶囊、药酒、片剂为主。其适用人群主要为免疫力低下、易疲劳者、高血压患者、中老年人。杜仲保健品配伍关系最密切的是杜仲和枸杞子。杜仲具有巨大的发展潜力,可通过加强杜仲新产品开发、拓宽适用功能范围、稳定产品质量提升品质,促进我国杜仲产业的高速发展。
To analyze the development status of Eucommia ulmoides health food in China and to provide suggestions for the deep processing of Eucommia ulmoides products, by searching the official website database of the State Food and drug administration, the relevant information of Eucommia ulmoides health food was sorted and selected to form Excel files. The registered quantity, regional distribution, adaptive population, functional category and dosage form distribution of Eucommia ulmoides health food from 2000 to 2020 were analyzed. The Netdraw program in UCINET software was used to construct the visual diagram of the main compatibility relationship in the formula. The results showed that 187 Eucommia ulmoides products met the search conditions, and it mainly distributed in Beijing, Shaanxi, Henan and Jiangxi. The main functions of Eucommia ulmoides health food were to alleviate physical fatigue, to reduce blood pressure, to increase bone mineral density and to enhance immunity. The dosage forms of Eucommia ulmoides health products were mainly capsules, medicinal wine and tablets. The applicable groups were mainly those with low immunity, easy to fatigue, patients with hypertension and the middle-aged and elderly. The compatibility of Eucommia ulmoides and Lycium barbarum was most closely related. Eucommia ulmoides had great development potential. It was necessary to strengthen the development of new products, to broaden the scope of applicable functions, to stabilize product quality, improve quality, and to promote the rapid development of Eucommia ulmoides industry in China.
