摘要
玉米品种有着呼吸强度大、不耐高温、易滋生霉菌、易感染害虫、易破碎等储藏特性,从本质上决定着安全储藏性能不稳定。进口玉米在质量品质方面与国产玉米存在较大差异,如管理不当,仓储保管环节会面临较大压力,还容易引起储存周期内的安全储粮事故。针对与国产玉米差异较大的水分、杂质、不完善粒及脂肪酸值等指标,采取进口玉米入库及储存过程中的过筛、防自动分级、加大检查密度、降水降温通风、害虫防治、仓内温度控制等管理措施,能有效地提高进口玉米的储藏稳定性,达到GB/T 29890—2013《粮油储藏技术规范》的储藏要求,有效地防止进口玉米安全储藏事故的发生。
Corn varieties have storage characteristics, which have high respiratory intensity and low temperature tolerance,and which are easy to breed mold, easy to infect pests and easy to break. They essentially determine the instability of safe storage performance. There are great differences in quality between imported corn and domestic corn. If the management is improper, the storage link will face great pressure, and it is easy to cause safe grain storage accidents in the storage cycle. Aiming at the indexes such as moisture, impurities, imperfect grains and fatty acid value which are quite different from domestic corn, management measures such as screening, anti-automatic classification, increasing inspection density,precipitation, cooling and ventilation, pest control and temperature control in the warehouse during warehousing and storage of imported corn have been taken to effectively improve the storage stability of imported corn., It meets the storage requirements of technical code for grain and oil storage(GB/T 29890-2013), and effectively prevents the occurrence of safe storage accidents of imported corn.
