摘要
为满足我国可持续发展的战略需求,施工单位在施工过程中,应及时转变落后的管理与设计理念,提高对绿色环保的重视程度,以在降低外界干扰、强化实践能力、减少支出的同时,避免施工作业对周边环境造成破坏。基于此,本文以大型公共建筑为切入点,论述了可持续发展理念下大型公共建筑的绿色设计原则,并结合甘肃省定西市渭水源大酒店工程分析了BIM技术对该工程的促进作用,以期为提高我国大型公共建筑的绿色设计水平提供助力。
In order to meet the strategic needs of China’s sustainable development, construction units should timely change the backward management and design concepts in the construction process,and improve the attention to green environmental protection, so as to reduce external interference,strengthen practical ability and reduce expenditure,and avoid damage to the surrounding environment caused by construction operations. Based on this,taking large public buildings as the starting point, this paper discusses the green design principle of large public buildings under the concept of sustainable development, and analyzes the promotion effect of BIM system technology combined with the project of Weishuiyuan Hotel in Dingxi City, Gansu Province,so as to provide assistance for improving the green design level of large public buildings in China.
