摘要
针对传统电缆防破坏维护方式被动、效率低和效果差的问题,设计了一种分布式电缆防破坏监测系统。系统以STM32为控制核心,结合LoRa和NB-IoT两种低功耗广域网络构建监测网络,完成对电缆各类运行环境参数的采集,基于OneNET云平台搭建监测界面,在线监测各地各段电缆安全状态。监测装置被分布安装于各类高危环境中,并通过边缘化计算处理,减少数据量、提高实时性。测试结果表明系统延时短、生命周期长和布置灵活,能够主动感知各类危险状态,具有很高的应用价值。
A distributed cable damage prevention monitoring system was designed to settle the problems of strong passivity,low efficiency and poor effect of traditional cable damage prevention maintenance methods.The system took STM32 as the control core,combined LoRa and NB-IoT two LPWAN to build a monitoring network,completed the collection of various operating envi⁃ronment parameters of cables.Based on OneNET cloud platform,a monitoring interface was built to online monitor the safety status of multi⁃location and multi⁃segment of cables.The monitoring devices were distributed and installed in various high⁃risk environ⁃ments,and through marginal calculation and processing,the amount of data was reduced and the real⁃time performance was im⁃proved.The experiment shows that the system has short delay,longer life cycle,more flexible layout,and can actively perceive many kinds of dangerous states,which has strong application value.
