摘要
面对经济发展模式转变和产业结构调整,新区发展必须创新理念,协同推进。产城融合是城市发展特别是新区发展的新模式,是新区各项事业发展的新格局;产教融合是推进技能型社会的主要途径,是加快发展职业教育的必由之路,是实现产城融合的硬支撑;人才是产业创新发展的关键,是实现产城融合发展的根本动力源,产才融合是实现产城融合的核心。贯穿三个融合的是“以人为本”,“人”是产城融合的第一价值,是产教融合的第一目标,是产才融合的第一动力。
Facing the transformation of economic development mode and the adjustment of industrial structure,new ideas must be innovated and coordinated in the development of Qingdao West Coast New Area.The industry-city integration is a new model for urban development,especially the development of the new area,and a new pattern for the development of various undertakings in the new area.The integration of industry and education is the main way to promote the skill based society,the only way to accelerate the development of vocational education,and the fixed blade support to achieve the integration of industry and city.Talent is the key to industrial innovation and development,and the fundamental power source to realize the integration of industry and city,and the integration of industry and talent is the core of industry-city integration.Throughout the three integration is people-oriented.People are the first value of industry city integration,the first goal of industry education integration,and the first driving force of industry talent integration.
