摘要
本文分析了青海省打造绿色有机农畜产品输出地的现实基础,指出青海省农牧业产业基础薄弱,首先要解决的是“资源极度稀缺”与“技术极度稀缺”两大问题,提出了“两步走”战略设计及“一二三四”战略安排,力求实现绿色有机农畜产品输出地建设与乡村振兴多战略叠加耦合、产品价值与产业模式示范以及塑造现代农牧业经济体系,并对青海省农牧业发展进行了展望。
This paper analyzes the practical basis of Qinghai Province to build a green organic agricultural and livestock products exporting place,points out that the agricultural and animal husbandry industry in Qinghai Province is weak,and the first two problems are’extremely scarce resources’’and’extremely scarce technology’’.Therefore,it proposes a’two-step’’strategic design and’one,two,three,four’’strategic arrangement,which aims to realize the multi-strategy superposition and coupling of green and organic agricultural and livestock products exporting place and rural revitalization,the demonstration of product value and industry model,the shaping of modern agricultural and animal husbandry economic system.Finally,it prospects the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Qinghai Province.
