摘要
以4-(辛/癸/十二烷氧基)甲基吡啶和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,制得含有醚键的季铵盐双子表面活性剂:溴化-1,4-二[4-(辛/癸/十二烷氧基)甲基吡啶]丁烷,记作QAE n-4-n(n=8,10,12)。通过1H NMR、^(13)C NMR和MS进行结构表征,并对表面张力、泡沫性能、杀菌性能等进行研究。结果表明:室温下QAE12-4-12的CMC为9.1×10^(-2)mmol·L^(-1),具有良好的表面活性;QAE10-4-10则杀菌效果显著,最小抑菌浓度均小于10mmol·L^(-1),最小杀菌浓度在4~20mmol·L^(-1)之间。该系列醚类季铵盐合成方法简单、表面活性好,杀菌效果明显,具有进一步研究的价值。
A series of quaternary ammonium gemini surfactants:1,1′-(butane-1,4-diyl)bis(4-(octyloxy/decyloxy/dodecyloxy)methyl)pyridin-1-ium bromide,which containing ether bonds were prepared from 4-(octyloxy/decyloxy/dodecyloxy)methyl pyridine and 1,4-dibromobutane.They were denoted as QAE n-4-n(n=8,10,12).Their structures were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMRand MS.The surface property,foam property,and bactericida behavior were discussed.The results showed that the CMC of QAE 12-4-12 at room temperature was 9.1×10^(-2)mmol·L^(-1),which showed good surface activity;And QAE 10-4-10 had a significant bactericidal effect,with the minimum inhibitory concentration less than 10mmol·L^(-1) and the minimum bactericidal concentration between 4~20mmol·L^(-1).The synthesis methods of them were simple,with perfect surface activity and bactericidal effects.So there was potential value of application for further research.
