摘要
目的 分析基于胃癌患者应用腹腔镜D2顺向式淋巴结清扫术的效果分析。方法 自2019年7月至2020年6月收取的118例胃癌患者作为研究对象,依照1∶1形式设置两组各59例,前者采用基础开腹D2根治术,后者进行腹腔镜胃癌D2顺向式淋巴结清扫术。对比两组患者在围术期的各项指标变化及淋巴结清扫情况。结果 待实施不同治疗形式后,对照组围术期各项指标变化比观察组高,数据存在差异,均P<0.05,观察组淋巴清扫情况优于对照组,组间分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于胃癌患者应用腹腔镜胃癌D2顺向式淋巴结清扫术,可提升治疗效果,利于术后恢复,并且对淋巴结清扫率高,减少复发性,值得临床采纳。
Objective The analysis of laparoscopic D2 vaginal lymph node dissection in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 118 patients with gastric cancer collected from July 2019 to June 2020 were 59 patients in 1∶1 with basic radical D2 and the latter laparoscopic D2 vaginal lymph node dissection for gastric cancer.The changes of the indexes and the lymph node cleaning were compared.Results After different forms of treatment,the control indexes were higher than the observation group,the data were P<0.05,the lymph was better than that of the control group,and the inter-group analysis gap was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic D2 vaginal lymph node dissection in gastric cancer patients can improve the treatment effect,postoperative recovery and high rate to reduce recurrence,worthy of clinical adoption.
