摘要
目的:分析个性化口腔卫生宣教对牙周炎患者菌斑控制的作用。方法:选取我院内诊断为慢性牙周炎或侵袭性牙周炎患者的病例记录,根据记录分为个性化口腔卫生宣教组与口腔卫生宣教组,两组均进行牙周基础治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的菌斑百分率(PLI)、探诊出血(BOP)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈退缩(GR)、溢脓的情况。结果:经过牙周基础治疗患者的菌斑指数百分率、BOP(+)、3.4 mm≤PD<5.4 mm百分率、PD≥5.4 mm百分率、溢脓与治疗前相比均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化口腔卫生宣教组牙周基础治疗后牙周临床指数较口腔卫生宣教组低,但差异无统计学意义。结论:牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者的牙周临床指标改善明显,牙周基础治疗后口腔卫生宣教和个性化口腔卫生宣教对患者临床观察指标的改善尚不能认为有差异。
Objective:To investigate the effect of personalized oral hygiene education on plaque control in patients with periodontitis.Methods:Select the case records of patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis or aggressive periodontitis in our hospital,and divide them into personalized oral hygiene education group and oral hygiene education group according to the records.Both groups will receive initial therapy,and compare the treatment of the two groups of patients plaque index(PLI),bleeding on probing(BOP),probing depth(PD),gingival recession(GR),and pus in the two groups.Results:After initial therapy,the plaque index,BOP(+),3.4 mm≤PD<5.4 mm percentage,PD≥5.4 mm percentage,and pus were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal clinical index after basic periodontal treatment in the personalized oral hygiene education group was lower than that of the oral hygiene education group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Basic periodontal treatment has significantly improved the periodontal clinical indicators of patients with periodontitis.After initial therapy,oral hygiene education and personalized oral hygiene education have improved the clinical observation indicators of patients.
