摘要
本文通过设计的实验装置对间接蒸发冷换热器的换热性能开展了测试,研究了影响板式换热器换热效率的因素。研究结果表明:间接板式蒸发冷换热器的换热效率随着一次风空气的速度升高而降低,随二次风空气的速度升高而升高。除此以外,本文对比了两种不同材料的换热芯体性能,实验结果表明:在干工况下,高分子材料换热芯体的换热性能与铝箔式换热芯体相当;而在湿工况下,铝箔板式换热芯体由于具备较好的亲水性能使得其换热效率比高分子材料换热芯体高20%。
In this paper,the heat exchange performance of indirect evaporative plate heat exchanger is investigated with designed experimental device,and the factors affecting heat exchange efficiency of plate heat exchanger are studied.The result of the study shows that the heat exchange efficiency of plate heat exchanger decreases with the increase of primary air velocity and increases with the increase of secondary air velocity.In addition,the properties of heat transfer core of two different materials are compared,and the result shows that the performance of polymer heat transfer core is similar to that of aluminum foil heat transfer core under dry conditions,while the heat transfer efficiency of aluminum foil heat transfer core is 20%higher than that of polymer material under wet conditions due to its better hydrophilia.
