不同分析数据进行风速代表年订正的可靠性研究 被引量:5

摘要 由于风资源的年际变化,风资源评估和风电场发电量计算中很重要的一项工作是风速的代表年订正。风资源工程师通常利用不同分析数据(气象站数据、再分析数据、中尺度数据)对测风塔的实际测风数据进行代表年订正,以此得到的风速来计算风电场的年发电量。不同的分析数据得到的风速订正量不同,甚至对大、小风年的判定结果也不相同,因此考察各种分析数据在判定大、小风年,代表年订正时的可靠性十分有必要。在排除限电等外界影响因素的情况下,风电机组的实际发电量最能反映风电场建成后当地风资源的年际变化,首次提出借助实际发电量数据来评判不同分析数据进行代表年订正时可靠性的方法,并通过2个已投产风电项目案例对该方法进行验证。研究结果表明:在再分析数据(ERA5、MERRA2)和中尺度数据(DATA1)中,采用ERA5进行代表年订正具有较好的可靠性;降尺度数据对风电场大、小风年的代表性减弱,更适合缺少实际测风数据情况下的风电项目的宏观选址。 Due to the interannual change of wind resources,representative annual revision of wind speed is a very important work in wind resource evaluation and power generation calculation of wind farm.Wind resource engineers usually use different analysis data(weather station data,reanalysis data,mesoscale data)to revise the actual wind measurement data of the wind tower for a representative year,and use the wind speed obtained to calculate the annual power generation of the wind farm.Different analysis data have different wind speed corrections,and even the judgment results of large and small wind years are different.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the reliability of various analysis data in judging the revision of large and small wind years and representative years.Excluding external factors such as power limitation,the actual power generation of wind turbines can best reflect the interannual changes of local wind resources after the completion of the wind farm.In this paper,a method to evaluate the reliability of representative year revision based on different analysis data with the help of actual power generation data is proposed for the first time,and this method is verified by two wind power projects that have been put into operation.The results show that in reanalysis data(ERA5,MERRA2)and mesoscale data(DATA1),using ERA5 to revise representative years has good reliability.Downscaling data is less representative of large and small wind years of wind farms,which is more suitable for the macro location of wind power projects in the absence of actual wind measurement data.
