摘要 随着智能矿山建设的推进,矿井精确定位系统在煤矿井下得到大力推广应用。针对矿井现场应用需求,提出一种基于超宽带(UWB)飞行时间(TOF)测距的矿井精确定位系统实现方案。设计了系统的总体架构,并研究了定位基站的组网机制。对TOF点对多点测距流程进行了优化,减少了UWB通信次数,提高了TOF测距效率。根据矿井巷道空间特点,研究线型巷道定位算法和交叉路口定位算法。定位卡与相邻多个定位基站同时测距,实现矿井巷道精确定位。测试结果表明,UWB精确定位误差小于0.3 m,最大定位距离大于400 m,位置判断机制可靠、方向判断正确。因此,该系统能够提供一种安装便捷、组网灵活和成本较低的精确定位法,为各种移动目标提供精准定位和位置信息服务,从而满足智能矿山建设需求。 With the promotion of intelligent mine construction,mine precise positioning system is vigorously promoted and applied in underground coal mines.To meet the needs of mine site applications,a mine precise positioning system implementation scheme based on ultra wide band(UWB)time of flight(TOF)ranging is proposed.The overall architecture of the system is designed,and the networking mechanism of positioning base stations is studied.The TOF point-to-multipoint ranging process is optimized to reduce the number of UWB communications and improve the TOF ranging efficiency.According to the spatial characteristics of the mine tunnel,the linear tunnel positioning algorithm and the intersection positioning algorithm are studied.The positioning card and multiple adjacent positioning base stations measure the distance simultaneously to realize the precise positioning of the mine tunnel.The test results show that the UWB precise positioning error is less than 0.3 m,the maximum positioning distance is over 400 m,and the position judgment mechanism is reliable,and the direction is correct.Therefore,the system can provide a precise positioning system with convenient installation,flexible networking and low cost,and provide accurate positioning and location information services for various mobile targets,thus meeting the needs of intelligent mine construction.
