摘要
企业的财务管理问题一直都是财务管理学界讨论的热点,而对医院下属企业的财务管理问题的相关研究却很少。医院的下属企业兼具公益性和盈利性,也具备一定的数量和规模,对其财务管理问题进行研究很有实际意义。本文采用案例分析的方法,选取一家典型的医院下属企业K公司进行研究,对其财务管理中出现的问题进行揭示与分析,并提出相应的对策。希望能为医院下属企业的财务管理提供借鉴。
The financial management of enteprises has always been a hot topic in the financial management field,but there are few researches on the financial management of hospital afilited enterprises.The subordinate enterprises of the hospital have both public welfare and profiability,and alo have a certain number and scale.It is of great practical significance to study their financial management.This paper adopts the method of case analysis,selects a typical hospital afiliated enterprise K Company for research,reveals and analyzes the problems in is financial management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is hoped to provide reference for the financial management of the afiliated enterprises of the hospital.
