摘要
网络时代,信息得到迅速传播的同时,也使得图书馆版权纠纷越来越多。本文论述了公共图书馆在信息资源建设和提供相关服务时可能遇到的与知识产权相关的具体问题,提出了应对知识产权风险策略。
With the continuous improvement of information laws and regulations in China,how to avoid the risk of intellectual property rights of public libraries has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper discusses the specific problems related to intellectual property rights that public libraries may encounter in the construction of information resources and the provision of related services,and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding the risks of intellectual property rights in public libraries.
