摘要
干部人事档案管理是行政事业单位人事部门的重要工作,随着各类新技术的涌现,档案管理理念不断革新,信息化政务管理的提出使得干部人事档案信息化管理成为现实,加强干部人事档案的创新管理,正确处理传统档案管理与信息化档案管理的关系是干部人事档案信息化建设的重中之重。基于此,本文分析信息化背景下干部人事档案建设的重要性,分析信息化背景下干部人事档案管理的现状,最后阐述信息化背景下干部人事档案建设的优化策略,以供参考。
The management of cadre personnel archives is an important task of the personnel department of administrative institutions.With the emergence of various new technologies,the concept of archives management has been innovated continuously.The proposal of informatization government affairs management has made the informatization management of cadre personnel archives a reality.Strengthening the cadre personnel innovative management of archives and the correct handling of the relationship between traditional archives management and informatization archives management are the top priorities in the construction of cadre personnel archives informatization.Based on this,this paper analyzes on the importance of cadre personnel archives construction under the background of informatization,analyzes the current situation of cadre personnel archives management under the background of informatization,and finally,expounds the optimization strategy of cadre personnel archives construction under the background of informatization for reference.
