华为智能终端手表估测动脉弹性的评价 被引量:3

Feasibilty and Accuracy of Arterial Stiffness Assessment Using HUAWEI Smartwatch

摘要 目的:评价华为智能终端手表估测动脉弹性的准确性。方法:募集志愿受试者90例,男女各45例,年龄<30岁、30~60岁、>60岁各30例。采用华为智能终端手表采集心电图+脉搏波信号(PPG),估算颈-股脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV),并与法国康普乐动脉硬化检测仪所测得的cfPWV(金标准)对比。对所有受试者进行两种检测方法的准确性及一致性评价,包括:Bland-Altman和AUC、平均绝对误差、Logistic多元回归。结果:两种检测方法Bland-Altman均值误差一致性分析显示:智能终端手表估测与动脉硬化检测仪测定cfPWV,均值误差为-0.17 m/s,均标准差为1.21 m/s。AUC为0.897,特异度91.9%、灵敏度87.5%。总的相关系数0.8380、P<0.0001,在不同分层下均是一致性结果。智能终端手表估测与动脉硬化检测仪测定(金标准)绝对均值误差为0.87 m/s(<1.0 m/s)。Logstic多元回归分析结果显示:年龄和收缩压是影响cfPWV的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论:华为智能终端手表与动脉硬化检测仪比较,能较准确评价动脉弹性(cfPWV)。 Objectives:To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of assessing arterial stiffness with HUAWEI smartwatch.Methods:Ninety sex-matched volunteers were recruited,including 45 males and 45 females,and there were 30 participants in each of the three age groups(<30 years,30 to 60 years and>60 years old).The HUAWEI smartwatch was used to collect electrocardiograph and pulse wave signals(PPG)to estimate carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV).At the same time,cfPWV was measured by Complior®arterial stiffness detector.The accuracy and consistency of the two methods(including Bland-Altman and ROC and AUC,mean absolute error and Logistic multiple regression)were evaluated on all participants.Results:Bland-altman mean error consistency analysis showed that bland-altman mean error of cfPWV measured by two testing methods was-0.17 m/s and bland-altman standard deviation was 1.21 m/s.The area under the ROC curve was 0.897,and specificity and sensitivity were 91.9%and 87.5%respectively.The overall correlation coefficient was 0.8380(P<0.0001),and results were consistent under different stratifications.The mean absolute error(m/s)was 0.87 m/s,and the mean absolute error of smartwatch and arterial stiffness detector(gold standard devices)was<1.0 m/s.Multiple regression logstic analysis showed that age and systolic blood pressure were independent risk factors for cfPWV(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with arterial stiffness testing equipment,smart terminal watch can accurately evaluate arterial stiffness(cfPWV).
