摘要
本试验以河南省信阳地区典型番茄果腐病病果为试验材料,采用组织分离、形态观察及rDNA-ITS序列分析,对引起番茄果腐病的病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明:分离得到的原菌株FQ-1菌落初期白色,后期为暗黄色,分生孢子镰刀状;FQ-1菌株的rDNA-ITS序列与GenBank中厚孢镰孢菌(Fuasrium chlamydosporum)、变红镰刀菌(Fusarium incarnatum)、木贼镰刀菌(Fuasrium equiseti)、拟轮枝镰孢菌(Fusarium verticillioides)和镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)同源性都在99%以上。因此,初步确定信阳地区果腐病病原菌为镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)。
To identify the pathogens causing tomato fruit rot in Xinyang,the typical diseased fruits infected by tomato fruit rot were taken as experimental materials.The pathogens were isolated and purified by tissues isolation,and identified by morphological observation and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis.The results showed that the isolated strain FQ-1 was white at the initial stage and dark yellow at the later stage,with conidia in sickle shape;the rDNA-ITS sequences of FQ-1 strain shared more than 99% homology with those of Fusarium chlamydosporum,Fusarium incornatum,Fusarium equiseti,Fusarium verticillioides and Fusarium sp.in GenBank,respectively.Therefore,the pathogen of tomato fruit rot in Xinyang was preliminarily identified as Fusarium sp.
