摘要
目的:探索可供社区卫生机构参考借鉴的用于指导社区单病种诊疗服务体系建设的通用规范和标准。方法:以上海市闵行区颛桥社区骨关节炎诊疗服务体系建设为例,总结归纳社区单病种诊疗服务体系建设的实践经验,形成可跨病种、通用的研究流程和开发模式。结果:颛桥社区骨关节炎诊疗服务单元顺利建设完成,共经历服务体系建设(业务选定、需求挖掘和资源配置)、服务体系输出(组织架构、服务流程和服务清单)、服务体系运行评价(结果评价)3个阶段。结论:社区单病种诊疗服务体系建设有其独特的特征和稳定的规律,可以总结形成规范化的标准操作流程,以协助指导并建设出规范、科学和高效的社区单病种诊疗服务体系。
OBJECTIVE To explore common norms/standards that could be used for reference by various community health insti⁃tutions to guide the construction of a single-disease diagnosis and treatment service system in the community.METHODS Taking the construction of an osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment service system in Zhuanqiao community in Minhang district,Shanghai as an example,the practical experience of the construction of a single disease diagnosis and treatment service system in the community was summarized,and a cross-disease,universal research process and development paradigm were formed.RESULTS The construc⁃tion of the osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment service unit in Zhuanqiao Community was successfully completed which included the service system construction(business selection,demand mining,resource allocation),service system output(organizational struc⁃ture,service process,service list),and service system operation evaluation(result evaluation)three stages and seven links.CONCLU⁃SION The construction of the community single-disease diagnosis and treatment service system has its unique characteristics and sta⁃ble laws,which can be summarized and formed into standardized standard operating procedures to assist in guiding and constructing a standardized,scientific and efficient community single-disease diagnosis and treatment service system or unit.
