摘要
针对水电厂检修作业模式的改变,采用LEC法评价影响作业工序安全的关键因素而获得作业项目的固有风险等级,引入作业现场的人员、管理、环境三个要素作为动态风险影响因子,通过确立影响因子的评价指标与评分标准,建立一种涵盖承包作业方、业主方、监理单位状况的作业现场风险等级的动态评价法,并将该动态评价法应用于某水电厂机组的流变检修项目。结果表明,利用动态评价法得到的风险等级比单独采用LEC法评价更接近现场的作业实际,验证了该动态评价法的工程实用价值。
In view of the change of overhaul mode of hydropower plant,the LEC method was used to evaluate the key factors affecting the safety of work procedure and obtain the inherent risk level.By introducing operators,management and environmental changes on the operation site as dynamic risk impact factors,evaluation indexes and scoring standards of risk impact factors were determined.A dynamic evaluation method of risk grade was established,which covers the internal management of contractors,owners and supervising units.The evaluation method was used to the rheological maintenance project of a hydropower plant unit.The results show that the dynamic evaluation method proposed in this paper is more suitable for the actual requirements of the work site than the risk grade obtained by LEC evaluation method alone,and the practical value of the dynamic evaluation method is verified.
