摘要
近年来我国市场经济快速发展,各企业之间的竞争压力不断地加大,而实际上是人才之间的竞争越来越大,社会各行业对于人才素质提出了较高的要求。因此,在当前大的教育背景之下,高质学生管理工作必须要紧跟时代的步伐,站在时代的角度科学地分析本校的实际情况,并对学生管理当中所面临的问题进行科学地分析,勇敢地应对挑战,并根据问题制定有效的解决与处理措施,这些对于提高高职院校学生管理工作的顺利开展,推动高职学校的健康发展等都具有非常重要的意义。
In recent years,China's market economy has developed rapidly,and the competition pressure among enterprises has been increasing.In fact,the competition between talents is increasing,and various industries in the society have put forward higher requirements for the quality of talents.Therefore,under the current educational background,high-quality student management must keep up with the pace of the times,scientifically analyze the actual situation of the school from the perspective of the times,and scientifically analyze the problems faced by student management so as to bravely face the challenges,and formulate effective solutions and handling measures according to the problems,which are of great significance to improving the smooth development of student management in higher vocational colleges and promoting the healthy development of higher vocational schools.
