某水电站水封结构原理及典型故障分析

摘要 某水电站大坝泄洪工作闸门采用充压伸缩式水封作为主止水,采用橡胶水封作为辅助止水。介绍了充压伸缩式水封特殊结构原理,对水封充水阀频繁启停及水封破裂两大类故障进行分析,从水封机械机构、水流热胀冷缩特性及自动控制逻辑判断等方面针对性分析解决了两大类典型故障。有效降低水封故障率,更好实现水封的安全稳定运行。 The inflatable and telescopic water seal is used as the main water stop and the rubber water seal is used as the auxiliary water stop for the flood gate of a hydropower station.This paper describes the special structure principle of the pressurized telescopic water seal,and two kinds of faults,frequent opening and closing of water seal filling valve and seal rupture,are analyzed.Two types of typical faults are solved by pertinent analysis from mechanical mechanism of water seal,characteristics of water flow expansion and contraction,and logic judgment of automatic control.It effectively reduces the failure rate of water seal and better realizes the safe and stable operation of water seal.
