某大型水电站机组开停机流程的分析与优化 被引量:6

摘要 某水电站机组投产初期,多次开停机流程发生异常中断。这些事件不仅暴露出了水电站自动化元件不稳定等硬件问题,同时也暴露了机组开停机流程中状态定义不明确、超时设置不合理、操作流程繁琐、停机操作条件设置不当等问题,须对开停机流程进行全面分析,并优化开停机流程。经优化后,开停机成功率达到95%以上,开机时间减少3min以上,未再出现影响发电调度的情况。 At the beginning of putting into operation of a hydropower plant unit,the process of start-up and shutdown has been interrupted abnormally for many times.It not only exposes hardware problems such as unstable automatic components of hydropower plant,but also exposes such problems as unclear definition of state,unreasonable setting of overtime,tedious operation process and improper setting of operating conditions during unit start-up and shutdown process.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the start-up and shutdown process and optimize it.After optimization,the success rate of start-up and shutdown is more than 95%,the start-up time is reduced by more than 3 minutes,and no situation affecting power generation dispatching occurs again.
