摘要
目的:建立甜茶饮片的质量标准。方法:参照2020年版《中国药典》(四部)附录中规定的方法,对不同产地的10批甜茶饮片进行性状、显微及薄层鉴别,并对水分、灰分、浸出物和甜茶苷含量进行测定。结果:甜茶饮片各鉴别方法专属性强,其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物及甜茶苷的含量分别为9.52%~11.72%、4.63%~5.61%、0.07%~0.19%、36.27%~39.02%及3.06%~5.13%。初步拟定甜茶饮片的水分不得高于14.0%,总灰分不得高于7.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得高于0.23%,水溶性浸出物不得低于29.0%,甜茶苷不得低于2.5%。结论:建立的甜茶饮片质量标准稳定、可靠,可用于甜茶饮片的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for decoction pieces of Rubus suavissimus.Methods:The identification of character,microscopy and TLC,as well as the test of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash,water soluble extracts,and rubusoside were performed for 10 batches of Rubus suavissimus from different origins according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia VolumeⅣ,2020 Edition.Results:The identification methods of Rubus suavissimus decoction pieces have strong specificity.The contents of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash,water soluble extracts,and rubusoside were9.52%~11.72%,4.63%~5.61%,0.07%~0.19%,36.27%~39.02%,and 3.06%~5.13%,respectively.The preliminarily proposed contents of water,total ash and acid insoluble ash were no more than 14.0%,7.0%,and 0.23%,while the preliminarily proposed contents of water soluble extracts and rubusoside were no less than 29.0%and2.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The established quality standards for decoction pieces of Rubus suavissimus can be used for its quality control and evaluation.
