摘要
针对天津市当前城市地下空间建(构)筑物三维测绘和数据编辑方面的不足,基于天津市地下空间建(构)筑物数据字典项目成果~([1]),在AutoCAD Map3D 2016的二次开发平台上,利用XML、Shapelib和DotSpatial等技术,实现了天津市地下空间建(构)筑物三维数据的编辑系统,规范数据的采集和编绘,填补了天津市在这方面的空白。
As the shorts of surveying、mapping and editing data of underground building and construction in Tianjin,based on the results of project(Tianjin underground building and construction data dictionary research),using the XML data exchange technology、Shapelib and dotspatialopensource GIS technology,developed the 3 d-data editing softeware system in underground building and construction on the secondary development platform of AutoCAD MAP3 D,standarded the way of data collecting and editing,filled the blank in Tianjin.
