摘要
随着社会的高速发展,企业之间的竞争不断加大,为了能够抢先占有市场,并且占有主动地位,人力资源管理在其中起到非常重要的作用。人力资源管理是企业内部管理的重要一环,人力资源的合理分配在一定程度上能够提高企业的核心竞争力,帮助企业更好发展。但就目前而言,很多企业并没有意识到人力资源管理的重要性,导致人力资源管理难度较大,面临更多的挑战和困难,这是企业的一大损失,也是社会的损失。基于此,本文初步探讨了大湾区企业在发展过程中,人力资源管理所遇到的瓶颈,并且基于目前的社会背景,给出一些合理化建议,保证人力资源管理在企业内部管理中起到关键作用。
With the rapid development of society,the competition between enterprises is increasing;to seize the market first and take the initiative,human resource management plays a very important role in it.Human resource management is an important part of the internal management of enterprises,and the reasonable allocation of human resources can,to a certain extent,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and help them to develop better.However,at present,many enterprises do not realize the importance of human resource management,resulting in the difficulty of human resource management,facing more challenges and difficulties,which is a great loss for enterprises and society.Based on this,this article initially discusses the bottlenecks encountered by human resource management in the process of development of enterprises in the Greater Bay Area and gives some rationalized suggestions based on the current social background to ensure that human resource management play a key role in the internal management of enterprises.
