摘要
新经济形势下,在“双循环”的新发展格局中,商贸流通企业作为国民经济基础性和先导性产业,在经济发展的历程中,占据重要地位。供给侧结构性改革背景下的国际流通竞争力弱,在经济新常态下,需要实现商贸流通经济转型,这对商贸流通业的高质量发展提出了新要求。打造核心竞争力,发挥区位优势,合理把握科技赋能,完成消费的升级,最大限度回归商业的本质,打造商贸流通业提质增效“升级版”。
Under the new economic situation,in the new development pattern of“dual circulation”,trade circulation enterprises,as the basic and leading industries of the national economy,occupy an important position.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the competitiveness of international circulation is weak,and the new normal of the economy requires the transformation of the trade circulation economy,which puts forward new requirements for the high-quality development of the trade circulation industry.We need to build core competitiveness,give full play to our regional advantages,reasonably grasp the technological empowerment,complete the upgrading of consumption,and return to the essence of the business to the maximum to create an“upgraded”version of the trade circulation industry with improved quality and efficacy.
